Script and Briefing
After an in-depth client interview, a concise, conversational script is drafted and call plan devised. Detailed information packets are assembled to brief our callers about programs, activities, objectives and news and views relevant to your campaign. Callers are continually updated for the duration of a call concerning new developments and issues as they evolve. All campaigns kick off with an intensive one-hour briefing between you, the client, and our canvassers -- conducted either on-site and in-person, or via conference call.

Phonefunds presentations are spoken, not read.  We, like you, are allergic to the "canned" style of typical phone solicitations. Our callers - veteran activists all from Berkeley and the Bay Area - are trusted to think and talk on their feet. They're conversant with a whole range of social, political and cultural issues.

Performance Projections
Phonefunds creates tailored performance projections factoring in costs, contact rates, success percent, revenue and net. We extend a "net revenue" guarantee for renewals and current donor appeals; break-even for lapsed campaigns, and projected per donor net costs for prospect calls. Every campaign is conducted initially as a "test" -- in order to sample and evaluate performance during the first 8-10 hours of a call.
